Arkansas Football Camp Information

Limited Availability:
It is highly recommended to register early. Campers are limited and space is available on a first come first serve basis. Submit all forms, registration, and physicals along with payment in full no later than ONE WEEK prior to camp starting. We do not accept deposits and we will not hold rooms without payment.

Camper Eligibility:
Young athletes entering grades 1-12 are eligible to attend. The camp to attend is determined based on the grade the camper will be entering in the coming fall.

Which camp do I attend?

If the camper will be going into the ninth grade in the coming fall he is eligible to attend the Senior Camp. If the camper is going into the fifth through eighth grade, he will attend the Jr. High camp. If the camper is going into the first through fourth grade, he will attend the youth camp.

Junior/Senior Prospect camp is for prospects entering their Junior or Senior year.

Location and Facilities:
Practice field and the Pat Walker Pavilion and Razorback Stadium. Overnight campers will board at Pomfret Hall.

Registration / Application:
NO camper will be allowed to start camp without prior remittance of all forms, application or tuition.

Supervision:
The coaching staff here at the University of Arkansas wants you to know that your son's safety is our number one concern and we will do everything to ensure the safety of each camper while he is attending our camp.

Medications:
Place medication in zip lock bag along with Medicine Dosage form. Label with child's name and guardian's contact information. All medication must be in original prescription or retail bottles. Any medicine not picked up at the last day of camp will be discarded. Our trainers will keep up with medications for the campers, but the campers will be responsible for taking it when needed.

Discounts:
Group discounts are available for both our Senior and Junior High camps who register 10 or more campers. To qualify for the discount, all registrations must be submitted together at the same time. Online registrations and registrations sent separately will not qualify for the discounted rates. Group registrations do not guarantee that all campers will be placed in a room together or near each other.

10 + Campers = 10% discount
20 + Campers = 15% discount

Refunds:
Tuition is refundable excluding $100.00 in the case of injury or illness. Written explanation from the camper's doctor must be provided. Cancellation for any other reason or no show at day of camp check-in will result in no refund.

T-Shirts:
Each camper receives a camp T-shirt upon check-in.

Appropriate Dress:
T-shirts and shorts are required for all practice sessions.

No Checks:
Cashiers checks or money orders if you do not pay on-line.

What NOT to bring:
The Bobby Petrino Razorback Football Camp is not responsible lost or stolen items. Please do not bring valuables (cell phones, i-pods, rings, etc.) or large sums of money. Guns, knives, illegal drugs, or alcohol are prohibited at all times.

Registration Requirements for ALL Campers

Prior to Camp Start Date:

  2. Release signature of Parent / Guardian on Camp Application
  3. Physicians Statement Signature on Camp Application or your previous year's physical form.
  4. Transportation Request Form along with $30 fee submitted for campers arriving by air or bus to:

Over Night Campers

Housing and Meals for Overnight Campers:
Overnight campers are housed in air-conditioned dorms located on the campus of the University of Arkansas. If you do not name a roommate preference, we will assign one PRIOR to check-in. Roommates will be assigned by age, school or by request. Roommates will not be changed the day of registration. Campers are assigned two to a room. Accommodating roommates will be on a first come first serve basis. Meals are served at a cafeteria in the dorm. It is buffet style with a variety of choices to choose from.

What to Bring:
Practice clothes: T-shirts, gym shorts, athletic socks, a mouthpiece, helmets and pads. Tennis shoes or grass cleats, bathing suit and towel.

Personal: Athletic / tote bag for belongings, summer clothes, toiletries, soap, towels. Please label your belongings.

Linens: Bring your own pillow, sheets, blanket or a bed roll and flat sheet. (Regular twin size bedding)

Cash: You may want to bring some cash to use to purchase snacks in the camp store located on the 1st floor in the dorm. Do not bring large sums of money - each camper will be responsible for keeping up with their own money.

Campers are responsible for their own valuables: The Bobby Petrino Razorback Football Camp does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items or money. Your belongings will be safe in the dorm during practice. You should not need more than $50.00 in the camp store.

Lost Room Key Fee:
Campers are given a room key during registration. Campers are responsible for their keys at all times. If a camper loses his key, he must pay the $150.00 lost key charge.

Traveling by Air or Bus?
Campers traveling to Fayetteville by air or bus should plan to arrive by noon on the first day of camp and depart after noon on the final day of camp. Transportation to and from XNA Airport or the bus station is provided by camp staff upon request for a $30 fee. Download and complete the Transportation Request Form. Send a copy of the form, travel itinerary, and payment BEFORE arrival into Fayetteville. All arrangements must be made a week before camp starts.


Day Campers

Day Campers Guardian Release Form:
Signing in and signing out: If your child will be a day camper. Please fill out the Day Camper Guardian Release form and submit with your camp application. In the interest of your child's safety, please designate the person or persons you are giving permission to pick up your child. The designated guardian must sign- in with the day camper 20 minutes prior to each day's first session at the Walker Pavilion. Guardian's must also arrive 20 minutes prior to the end of the last session to sign out . Campers will not be released at the end of the day without the designated guardian. Campers are also responsible to check-out with their designated coach before departing.

What to bring:
Day Camper Come Dressed: Day campers should come dressed for practice. You may leave your helmet and pads in our facility overnight.
